hi everybody. a few days ago I got banned for it that my friend sent me a pet. Whether I have a question you can recover your account?? please answer I am very sad !!!

For one, you shouldn't have created a new account. You should have email help@chickensmoothie.com to sort it out.

For two, you wouldn't get banned unless you were cheating, or look a whole lot like you were cheating.

If you were banned, no you can't have your account back. They wouldn't ban you if it was only one pet.
