About asking for art tips - solved

I was wondering, is there a thread where we can ask for tips from other artists and share tips as well? I remember that a long time ago there were two, one for humans and one for animals, but they seem to have disappeared... are there any current threads like that now? If not, where could I post a thread asking for tips? (For example, there's this certain effect that I want to achieve in one of my pictures, but I don't really know how to go about doing it...) Would it be in the "Share your art" forum? Because that's where the "Need Help Pricing Artwork?" and "Artist Rant Thread" are, and I figured that a topic like this would fall into a similar category...

There's at least Artist Army, it's pretty active and you can post both animal and human art there and get tips, crits and stuff on them. :]
