Sory if this is noobish but... What is an advent? And what makes it an advent?
Is it only dogs or are there cat advents? o.o

Advent just means around Christmas time. An advent Calendar is one of those "countdown to Christmas" calendar. We get one on Cs in the form of pets we can adopt daily.
