Right click on the pic, select "Copy image location/address" (or go to image properties and copy the URL there). Then paste. Then you put [img]and[/img] tags around the url, like this:

And ohh, oekaki also gives you four different sizes for the picture! You can easily change the size by changing the word "large" (or whatever word there is after "size=" )in the URL to either "gallery", "small", or "medium."
