cs mail

i am talking to admins and mods and stuf but if your not one and no the answer comment but i am mainly talking to admins.
is it posible to stop all the emails from cs coming to your inbox on your real email ,if their is please tell how because all the emails are clogging up my inbox if i cant do can you please do it for me?

It actually says this in the notification emails themselves too . Nobody seems to see that message.
