When you make a character thread, are you allowed to have your role plays characters on it, even if you do not have art for them? Thanks! :D

I HAVE DECIDED TO QUIT CS. I must quit because school, is starting soon, and I have been so busy. I apoplogize to meh rpers. But will probably just make a new account, because I will miss it so much... CS IS EPIC!
