New category for reporting please

There is no "Contains inappropriate content" section for the report button. D: For users that are using spaces to get around filters and such. I've noticed that ever since the faire there has been a dramatic increase in spam, wrong forum posts, random chat topics and the like, so while this keeps the mods busy, there should be some sort of 'high priority' list for this kind of thing like inappropriate content.
