How to make a pfp change on refresh?

Hello, I managed to get images that change on refresh but the CS pfps don’t support gif urls or whatever, even though I’ve seen people with profiles that change on refresh, I was wondering how to get one like that

• i've had this problem before! you can have gifs as your pfp, but with the rotating images, it's a bit wonky
  
  the way i fixed it was changing all the images to .gif files (i forget which site i used. maybe ezgif or smth like that). they were still inages, so they didn't move like gifs,, but because the file type matched the file type of the rotating gif,, the cs site would accept it as my avatar.
  you also don't have to change every image to .gif files iirc,, i think you can just change one and keep submitting the rotating image as your avatar until you eventually get the gif and the site accepts it.

I’m not sure how I can achieve that unfortunately, I have trouble following lots of instructions (crying lol) amd don’t entirely understand what you mean
