Hi! I'm not sure which forum this goes in, but I'm having trouble getting the bbcode colors in my trade rules to work and I have no idea what I did wrong in it :[ any tips on what I might have done wrong in it? (sorry if this is in the wrong forum tot)

I checked that when I was trying to fix it, it has the [/color] after it, I'm so confused :(

When this happens to me, usually there’s an extra [color] or [/color] that’s causing it to affect something other than what you’re trying to make it affect.

If you can’t find anything by yourself, you could copy/paste your trade rules from the trade settings into a [code][/code] thing here so I can look it over & see if we can pinpoint what’s going on! :)

There usually isn't much users can do to help unless you share the code with them, as suggested above, so they can see exactly what is going on with it. There are so many different ways the code could be done that we'd have no way of knowing exactly where or how it went wrong without seeing the code.

If you are having trouble figuring that out though the other option is you can send in a help ticket for assistance from site staff. The moderators are able to see the code for your trade rules and edit it for you, so they can take a look at it and fix it for you if you like.
