Most stamps are already automatically unlocked to your account. Sometimes, new stamps will be available during events that you participate in.

Right now, there are Easter event stamps available at the Easter page. At the very top of the list of free pets and items, there's a button that says "Get stamps" beneath "Click this button to get Easter stamps! They'll end up on the "My stamps" tab of your stamp collection."

To continue getting new stamps, you'll have to continue participating in CS events and pay attention for when claimable stamps are released. It usually says so on event pages and on the front page announcements. c:

Yeah, I really wish there was some way to get stamps we missed. There are two specific ones I want for my sig so bad but there’s no way to get them retroactively.

They’re the “oh worm?” Stamp with the worm pet from the camping event, and the stamp with the screaming baby griffin. My heart is forever empty without them.
