New Cerberus Lion PPS and background items

I've noticed that the VHS backgrounds and other frames don't fit on the cerberus lion pps, is this a mistake or do scene frames not work on small pets?

The size of the area around a pet that can be used for dressup items is dependent on species, yes! So for smaller species you won’t be able to see the whole item when placing large effects or backgrounds like the VHS frames
