Dress up Scenes not loading?

This has actually been a problem for me for a long time, I just don't do enough dress ups to mess with it but it's not loading at all today.

When I select new dressup scene and select a background, it goes into the scene and says "Loading now, this should only take a moment" but then it's stuck there... forever. Refreshing doesn't help. Leaving and trying to open the already started scene results in the same thing. I can't actually add anything to the scene. In the past, this has happened and refreshing eventually works but it's not working now.

How do I actually get in to edit a scene?

Edit to add: I'm using the most recent version of google chrome.

I use Firefox and have had the same issue. Similar to you I don't use dressups too often but when I did try last time it wouldn't load at all.

I use firefox and also have the same issue. Even if it does load, it still lags behind a lot.

Ive been using chrome and have the same issue. I switched to firefox and still same problem. Is this a problem on CS end or the browsers? I wanna use scenes again

I use duckduck go and i have the same issue!! It doesnt take as long as google did to load so it might be a search engine thing?

WIll it load after a refresh or a hard refresh?

I've had this same issue for a while now. It won't load on any browser I try on desktop or mobile. Neither refresh nor hard refresh fixes it.

I've tried Opera (my main browser), Firefox, Chrome, and Yandex. It won't load on any of them, nor will it load on Safari (mobile browser).

Oh god yeah. It works SOMETIMES but it’s stuck more often than not. I’m really lucky if it does work. Even after hard refreshing whenever I’m on desktop.

Nick had answered my ticket and asked for some error info but then never heard anything back. I still have this problem. It will work EVENTUALLY (after several hard refreshes) in Microsoft edge but it will never work in chrome.
