Two item problems

Hai, I’ve got two problems here, I bought this confirmitem.php?id=556&pack=1&src=%2Fstore%2Fcategory.php%3Fid%3D2%26pageStart%3D12 but don’t change to fit a sitting cat even though the store says sitting cat and dog.



Also, the new store items don’t turn up in my (limited items) section


Edit: It also says I bought the rabbit set TWICE but I only did it once!

those items don't fit sitting cats, it's just the chesire cat set. the item description reads:

Themed outfits made by Selcouth. Cheshire cat for the 'old' cats only, others for adult dogs/wolves only

(but i understand that might not be the clearest if you're only looking at the items themselves! the chesire cat set does say "for cats only" so maybe they should add to the other sets that they're "for dogs only"?
since these items are always in the store, i imagine this is why they don't show up as limited, but i'm not sure exactly how they'd be sorted

if you accidentally bought something twice (maybe because the page refreshed or the trade didn't go through right), i think the only way to fix it would be to contact staff to see if they can reverse it? purchases show up in your trades, so i can't say for sure but if you show both trades being within a short space of time, that could be evidence that it wasn't intentional. but again, i think only staff would be able to fix that!

ahh, i'm sorry i misunderstood! that might also be because it's not classed as 'limited' yet, because they're still in the store? i don't remember if the other store items showed up immediately or not, but if they usually do, i guess you could report it here; it might be that it's been mislabelled?
