"Pet is taken" thing has stopped working.

Has this happened to others? The "pet has been taken" message no longer pops up until after you try clicking the pet. Its getting really frustrating because im wasting time going back to the pound after finding out its been taken. When did this thing stop working? Was this feature removed? If so, is there a reason?

Im really confused because this was an epic addition to the pound and helped save people's time not having to reload the pound. Especially if you had extremely laggy connection.

I noticed the message not popping up a few pound openings before, but I thought maybe it was just a coincidence that I clicked on the pet right as someone else did and the message just didn't load. It's been several pound openings now and its still not working.

Does whoever does the coding know this is an issue and is there effort being made to fix it?
