Can’t login on regular device

I was able to login without issue on my old tablet yesterday, but today I cannot. I tried to login only ONCE (just a bit ago) and it told me that I had exceeded the amount of allowed logins (which cannot be because the last login was a full day earlier) and needed to answer a captcha. Problem is my tablet cannot be updated with the safari update because it was a used tablet when it was purchased. It still has the old owner’s password (to download stuff) on it and the tech people where it was purchased cannot get that off and have no current contact info for the old owner. Because it’s an old browser, I cannot see the captcha. The “always stay logged in” thing does not work for any site on the tablet.

Did something with the site get changed in the last 24 hours to cause this? Luckily I was still logged in on my other device so I could get on here. I don’t like using it much though because the screen is too small as is the keypad for typing.

I can’t help you with that but can you download apps to say get google chrome and use that instead?

It works now. I don't know what happened before. Maybe the site was just being glitchy for me.

I can't download anything on this tablet due to the password block from the previous owner. But, thankfully I was able to login to CS with no problems today.
