What is this account?

I was just scrolling thru Nick's account, looking at all his pets, when I stumbled upon a pet named fila. Because this pet had a unique name, I figured it was a gift from somebody. But the giver of this pet was no other then someone named "test". You can view their account here. What is the purpose of this account? I've never heard of it before. Unlike other system accounts, it has a few pets in a group labeled "test" along with a few items. It also has a wishlist with three pets and a handful of items, but no posts. It was last online almost 20 days ago (4/7).

I'm not 100% sure but I imagine it's what the username implies - a test account likely used by Nick and/or other admins to test different site functions without impacting their own personal accounts.
