How to Price?

I've looked at like 4 different pricing guides and I don't understand them at all on how to price things? One I looked at gave me a range of 70-150CS for a single pet, how am I supposed to price something with that large of a range? I'm trying to price and get rid of this entire folder, and it's turning out to be a very stressful endeavor as someone who's attempting to return to the CS scene
