hello! i keep having an issue where the website just won't load for an hour or two. i have a great connection and everything else loads instantly, i just can't access chicken smoothie for a while unless i swap to a different connection. admittedly i haven't looked into the issue too much yet, but i was wondering if anyone experiences the same problem? nothing i've tried so far seems to fix it so i might be out of luck, but maybe there's something i might've missed!

I have been having the same issue where the website will not load for a few hours, usually at the beginning of the day when I am trying to do dailies. I get "The connection has timed out" error. This error populates within the first 5 of clicks of the day. This only effects CS.
I assumed it had to do with the fact I have a roaming IP, and the system thought the IP was suspicious (common error while browsing purchasing sites - its common to get hit with extra verification when you have a roaming IP). Like the above, this issue is usually caused on the home network, on all browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Opera, Brave, Edge) and also effects other systems on the network (Phone, laptop, desktop) but I can still connect using other network connections on those same devices (Mobile data - different IP, fixed IP network). I usually dont try to circumvent the error, however, as I worry this may upset whatever back end system is triggering this issue to start with.

yep that sounds exactly like what happens for me! i just checked and i do have a dynamic IP, so that's probably it. doesn't always happen to me in the first five clicks, but it's pretty inevitable
wish there was some way to fix it other than swapping connections, since it always strikes when i'm in the middle of stuff and my two other options for connections that don't get that issue are very slow
