is there a way to view previous event npcs, like an archive or way of viewing discussion threads from the event? i am specifically looking for noodle/s from the fairy summer event, i forget which year it was.

I believe the Archive: Past Summer Event Images and Info (IMAGE-HEAVY!) would be the resource you are looking for! ^^

The Fae Mischief Event was in 2019 - the link from the above archive for that event can be found here, with a listing of the different NPCs from the event.
