Just report the message that came with the trade (in your inbox that is) by pressing the little ! mark. It's not just Tess who gives people warnings, that's a job for the mods, such as Sorren Fey. I really don't recommend typing messages to them. People don't want that in their PM box. Typing a message back solves nothing, even if their trade message was rude.

Although, next time you want help, post it in "CS suggestions and problems".
