how do you add items to your pet?????!

so how do you add items and clothes to your pets? the forum told me that there is a link below the pet that lets you dress them up, but i cant find it! help me!? :?:

Go to the pet's page you want to dress, and press 'Add items to this pet'. Remember to save when you are done.
