PPS Problem

Hi there,
I am a PPS collector and was wondering if some of the pets people call PPS really are. Pets such as grinners, the skull PPS and more. They don't have the 'PPS' mark on them, so would they still be considered true PPS? For example
There is this pet, which has the distinguished PPS marking on it, however the other doesn't, so would it still be considered a true PPS?

A PPS pet is defined as a pet that hasn't reached its final stage of growth, so yes, the Grinners, Skull PPS, etc. are all PPS pets. c:

You're welcome, and lol -- suit yourself. x3 I believe that the reason those PPS pets don't have the tag on them is because the artists forgot to put them there, though. *shrug*
