I have a question,
So recently I've joined a few roleplays and saw that people use art or photos of people to describe their character, even though the art isn't theirs.
Isn't that Art Theft..?

if you mean official anime characters then no, that's not art theft.
if it's things like art of ocs and such, then you must have the artists permission to use it and have proof.
