I wrote a post in CS Free Adoptions, but I can't find it in my posts either.
but if I do to publish a new one it tells me that I have written it and I can only modify it.

when a player is new to the site, their first posts often require moderator approval before being publicly posted to the forums ^^
once you're able to share your first post, you should be able to post more freely - but if your posts happen to include images, then they will have to receive moderator approval for the first week or so that you are active on the site
