Chiwaii Adopts Staff Applications|Open For applications

Hi there, I am Phoenix Burn.
Back in the day, I owned an adoption center called Chiwaii adopts, they didn't really go well, in a nutshell, the flopped and I ended up closing it. Today, i made the descision to look back on it. The lines were really messy, the organization was really hard to understand and the prices were sky high! So I decided today, to revise everything, and remake it. I have the first post of the forum at the moment, which has the lines on it {Link at the end of this paragraph}. To make it successful and fun, I need staff to help me, I already have an archivist, who will be helping me out with choosing staff, but I need some artists and some moderators, including mini moderators. You can apply for multiple, they will be judged independently based on skill and experience.
Here is the forum

Artist
To be an artist, you must have a good eye for colour and pattern as well as what would look nice. You will need to be reasonably active and will need to make at least three litters a month, hopefully more. I am also looking for personality that comes across in your form, because I am after nice people.
However, with my lines, there is a slight problem. You need layers to color it, so you need to be able to open .psd or .sai documents, to do this you will need one of the below tools;;
-Photoshop
-Paint tool sai
-Paint.net with PSD plugin
-GIMP
-Fireworks MX
-Any other program that can open .sai or .psd files

Moderator or Mini Moderator
As a moderator, you will have to help me uphold all of my rules and decide on fair punishments towards what someone has done. You are required to be kind as well, a moderator on a forum made me cry once and I don't want that happening here. If someone contradicts what you say, try to listen to them. Please, never post emotionless posts. When I have been a moderator before, I try to be quite casual and approachable, so people feel like they can approach me without fear.

There we go, enforcing the same rule but in a more friendly way. It takes more effort but it's better and will make more people come to like the forum. To be a mod you will need to be very active, to be a mini mod you won't need to be quite as active but it will still be important that you are reasonably active. The difference between mods and mini mods will be that mods can give strikes, warnings and bans, mini mods won't be able to. If you would only like to be a mini mod then please, specify that in the 'other' part of the form.

< It depends on the date. Sometimes I have extremely important exams, so I would be on hiatus, to study. But when it is holidays, if I am not overseas, I am usually quite active. If it is on a friday, no exams, I can stay up pretty late.>
