Thump, Thump, Thump. I felt my heart in my chest pound as my paw clenched on the ground below me. I wrenched my eyes open as birds sizes flew past gliding through the air with ease. Trees, there were trees everywhere the rocky terrain of the canyon-like place with the water from the river gushing downward over the cliff into the large body of water below. The sun gleamed brightly into my eyes with the glorious blue sky shining like a ripe berry. I stood upon a path on a mountain, the beautiful view was breathtaking and then I woke up. I'd glance around with a heavy sigh as I saw Cupidsbrat our own named clan's very own deputy peering down at me. ``Are you alright Troutpaw?`` The feline asked as her ears flicked as she'd curl her tail around her paws as she sat. I'd dig my claw into the moss bed tiredly as I'd glance around before quietly saying in a monotone voice. ``Yeah..just another dream.`` I said resting my head now. Cupid furrowed her brow. ``Another? What sort of dream? Like a message from starclan?`` Cupid would say interested in what I had to say. I shook my head, ``A message for sure, But not from starclan... I don't believe.`` I said, I felt bad to ruin cupids hopes of it being something special. Cupid grinned, ``Well, Do share as I am still quite curious, perhaps I could even help.`` Cupid said. I've always enjoyed Cupid's company, she's always treated me like I was her own. `` It was beautiful, a rocky mountain like area covered in trees with a beautiful waterfall peering over the side of the canyon..and the birds.. the birds glide past me chirping their songs. they're all so unique and colorful.`` I'd say as Cupid would nod. ``It sounds lovely! I'd love to live in a place like that rather than this nearly soaked patch of land..its nearly flooded far to many times, getting a bit to close for comfort y'know?`` Cupid would grin at me before she'd dip her head. ``I'll be off now, oh and don't forget to pick up your bird from the Medicine Den!`` She'd trot off as I'd nod, I had completely forgot! My dear friend, caspian a bird had injured their wing. I'd rise to my paws and stretched myself out with a yawn as I'd trot off through the rather small camp to the medicine den. The medicine cat smiled as they'd dip their head greeting me. ``Why hello, here to pick Caspian up?`` The feline asked. I nodded excitedly glad to see my friend as Caspian would flutter to me landing promptly on my head. ``Thank you very much for helping them.`` I'd dip my head in appreciation as they'd smile dipping their head. ``It's truly no problem.`` The feline said as I'd pad off. I'd walk past the exit of the camp as I'd now go back to it staring. Something deep within in me wanted to go, I wanted to find this place. I wanted to find this new place that haunted my dreams. I'd shake my head keeping my eyes on the exit, not paying attention where I was walking and I bumped into MysteryStar. She'd peer down at me as she'd say ``Well, Good Morning to you TroutPaw.`` I'd look up anxiously. ``Ah! I'm so sorry, but goodmorning MysteryStar.`` I'd say in a panicked tone, the leader would brush past me. I felt as if she were upset with me. The rest of the Morning went by without issue, training went well. Deep, grey clouds filled the sky as it began to downpour. BANG! thunder and lightning struck as the currents of the river were going haywire. Our camp began to be flooded as waves crashed into the dens with cats scurrying everywhere as mystery star yowled. ``HEAD OUT OF THE EXIT, FOR IT'S OUR ONLY OPTION.`` cat scrambled slamming into one another barely escaping further into the forest where it wasnt as awful. we all sat in a circle as mystery star would ramble to Cupid about their next move. ``Mysterystar`` one of the queens chirped . ``Have we settled on a place to stay yet?`` the feline asked, her tone filled with worry. Chatter and Arguments broke out throughout the group of cats. Troutpaw sat there as they'd close their eyes, the dream replaying in their mind as their heart pounded. I knew this is where we all had to go. Maybe my dreams truly were a message from starclan, I loudly rose my voice. ``I know a place, safe and high above all chances of flooding and..stuff.`` I had no idea where this place from my dreams were, but I heavily believed it was out there. Mystery star glared at me ``Lead the way, Troutpaw.`` She said with a slight attitude. I let my heart lead me, my paws in motion without me in control. Through the thick bramble and sharp stones. We traveled until dawn, as we all decided to take a rest in the forest filled with nothing but leaves and trees. The queens curled around their kits as the rest of the cats huddled together for warmth. I promptly plopped myself down as I rested my head to see mysterystar pad up to me as she'd sit beside me. ``Greetings, Troutpaw.`` The she said with her cold tone. `` Hello, MysteryStar.`` I said, knowing she was going to poke at me about my so called 'place to stay'. ``How much further must we travel? We have expecting queens and this is stressing them out which is haz-``I interrupted.``I'm well aware, but we're nearly there we will be there before sunset tomorrow. I'd suggest getting sleep, Mystery'Star.`` Her cold gaze rested on me as she padded off. I'd coil up once more as i drifted off into sleep. The sun peaked through my eyes as I had awoken, most cats had been awaiting my awakening as if i were their holy grail. I'd trot over to Mystery'Star as she'd be chatting with a snarky queen. I'd await for their conversation to finish as MysteryStar glared at me. ``Morning to you, Troutpaw.`` I'd dip my head. ``Goodmorning MysteryStar, Is everyone ready to continue on ?`` I'd ask as the she nodded her head as she'd call to the clan. ``It is time we continue on, gather your young and other belongings.`` I'd step forward leading the cats along, we travelled through the thick brush for awhile. I'd halt to a stop. My eyes widened as i felt my heart pounding as mystery star would step forward her eyes widened as all the cats stared in awe. It was just how I had imagined,The beautiful cliffside, birds flew throughout. Colors. So many colors as they'd glide Caspian would chirp as a beautiful rainbow feather fell at my paws. We have made this beautiful place our home, there were den like burrows on the side of the mountain. We've made this beautiful place our home. I'd ponder to myself after this wasn't the only dream I felt passionate about, perhaps theres a new adventure awaiting me. Whatever or Whenever this adventure comes, I'll be ready letting my worries fall to the ground like feathers.
