Just a place to post short snippets of the book I’m working on, I can’t post the majority of it though because it has a lot of potentially upsetting topics.

Characters:

Dasha - husky - female/any pronouns - dating Blue - 19
~ impulsive, charismatic but disliked by most, very close with Salem and Glitch, often trusted to watch Harley when Salem is busy, complicated relationship with Blue, doesn’t get on with Blaze or Sean.

Blue - coyote - female/she her - dating Dasha - 19
~ generally pessimistic yet her friendly nature has insured she has plenty of friends, very close with Blaze after helping her through a very hard few years

Salem - hyena - female/any pronouns - dating Glitch and Juno - 20 (sister is Harley)
~ morally bankrupt by most standards

Glitch - maned wolf - male/he him - dating Salem and Juno - 23
~ inherited a large sum of money after his parents died, has a lot of issues

Juno - chihuahua - female/ she they - dating Glitch and Salem - 19
~ shy, anxious, had a bad life, overly sweet out of fear

Harley - hyena x spaniel - female/ she they - 14 (sister is Salem)
~ wants to grow up too fast, lives with Salem+Glitch+Juno, manipulative, popular for all the wrong reasons

Blaze - wolf - female/she her - dating Sean - 20
~ had a rough few years which brought her closer to her friend Blue, very in love with Sean and they seem to have the perfect relationship

Sean - raccoon - male/he him - dating Blaze - 21
~ a good boyfriend, a good friend, overall good boy

Callie - coyote - female/she her - 20
~ story in development

Charlie - ferret - female/she they - 20

Indy- hyena - female(MTF)/she her - 25
~ story in development

Katrina - wolf - female/she her - 15
~ lived in Russia for most of her life so not great with English, friendly with Harley but not close with anyone yet.

Tally - saluki - female/she her - 27
~ socially awkward but a hopeless romantic, what a shame it’ll never work out

Lucky - spotted hyena x coyote - female - she/they
- quadruped rescued lab animal

Fizzy - husky - female - she/they - 17
