crack, crack, crack. the dead leaves and underbrush easily
snap under paw. the sound of the leaves rustling and the
way that the earth smells is simply breathtaking. nothing
can compare to the simplicity of hiking. often times, you
can hear the slight chirp of birds, other small animals
moving amongst themselves in the underbrush, and your
own heartbeat. like i said, nothing can quite compare. to
venture into the woods and find yourself completely
consumed in the wilderness, is like being a child in a candy
shop. my name is ace carter and i'm a wilderness guide and
'professional' hiker i guess you could say. this will be my 52nd
log on this channel and i hope you enjoy. today we will be
exploring the cheyanne national forest. i've ventured into
these woods before, and its absolutely a beautiful forest. lets
