This is not a diary... It's a mouse!

Hi everyone!
This thread is going to be my new (and first) chicken smoothie diary series - The Mouse! It has been inspired by three other diaries : The Hawk by 20Lait1, The Dragon by Da Writing Dragon and The Cherry by Aquadoglover. I'll leave a link of those three diaries at the end of this little message. I hope you'll enjoy reading this as much as I'll enjoy writing it, and in a few posts there'll be some slots for your own characters to be created and sent to the same school as Cream. Oh, and just to mention, I am British, and I do have school to deal with, so I apologise in advance is any of my spelling is a little off for you - it's most likely the right spelling over here and I am probably rushing to write it what with homework and dealing with my real pets and family! I'll be back soon with her first entry.

Ugh. Well, let's get started then.

Dear diary....

Wait, no. I hate using that term! It makes this whole thing seem cliche and girly, and trust me, this is going to be anything but that. What could I name you? Other people have called you their Hawk, their Dragon, and even a Cherry! What could I call you then? Ah! I've got it! You shall be my Mouse! I love mice! Their so sweet with their little black eyes and tiny ears and fluffy bodies... Wait, I'm getting off topic. Let me restart this.

Dear Mouse,



Please ignore the picture. It's from when I was a pup. I'll get a new one by the next entry! I guess it's time I introduced myself to you. My name is Cream Cottonpaws. I guess I'm just your ordinary schooldog. I've recently moved house, so of course, that means a new school. I should be starting there in a few days or so. Turns out my best mate goes there! I haven't seen him for a year because he moved away when his mother and father split, since his father took the house. We speak everyday on our Ipaw. Back to myself then. I'm the older sibling out of two. I have interests in drawing and just generally hanging out with my friends (not that I have many of those). I currently live in an ordinary house with an ordinary family. Thinking about them, I guess they should be introduced as well.





This is Snow. She's my little sister. She still hasn't grown out the fairy phase and is convinced that she is a fairy. Snow is the whole reason why I'm stuck writing this. You can read more about that problem in the next entry.



This is Suzanne, or Suzie. She's our mother. We're not actually aloud to call her Suzie, after all, she is our mother. Anyway, she's fairly nice. It' just she seems to favouritize Snow. Oh well, she is the younger, "more vulnerable" sibling.



Last but not least, this is Darren. He's our father. Only thing is, we don't see him much. His job is a sailor, so I sometimes I worry if he actually will ever return. You never know whats out there. Whenever he comes home, he always gives me and Snow a little present. I can't wait for his next visit!

Right then Mouse, this is dragging on now. I'll have to intoduce you to my best mate Ricky in the next entry, and I'll have to explain why I actually have you *sigh*.

Dear Mouse,


Well, that picture is no better. I was forced to wear that for a wedding. I did have another picture, but I accidently lost it... Oh well. I guess this'll do until my school uniform comes.
So, we meet again, my furry friend. Right, I've got some expaining to do. Why on Earth am I writing in a diary mouse? Blame Snow. And my mother. Snow was bored and whining (as usual), so Mum gave her my watercolours to paint with. You see, I wouldn't have minded, but I paid for them with my money from doing the housework, so of course, they were actually mine and not something my parents had given me. I'd saved for weeks! These paints were really expensive and I hadn't even opened them... Lets just say this. Snow ruined them! She got it all stuck in her fur and she made all of the brushes split and all the colours are now in one grey splodge in the middle of my pallette.

Snow comes running to me for help, wondering what happened to the colours. I had NO idea she'd been given them!! I might have chased her down the street, screaming at her. So, mother grounded me and forced me to write my feelings in this mouse. It's meant to help "channel my anger". What rubbish! I DO NOT NEED MY ANGER CHANNELLING! Okay, maybe I do... But HEY! WHO'S MOTHER TO TELL ME HOW TO LIVE MY LIFE?!

Right, I'll write again soon - Ricky's coming round. Wait a minute! I forgot to introduce you to Ricky!

Well, thats him! Ricky's my best mate, always have been, always will be. He a little..Weird at times, but he's mostly normal. I've known him for years. He's a strange guy, but in a good way! He moved away from our hometown last year, because his parents split up. We are moving to the same place soon - we're moving in about a street away from where he lives! I can't wait!

Right, I really have to go! Ricky's is about the break the door down! Catch up soon! Geez, why am I speaking to you like you understand me? YOUR A BOOK?! I mean, I'll write again when I'm bothered.

Ahh! Sorry it took so long! It was hard finding a pet that I wanted to be Ricky / getting the outfit okay when I am not aloud to get CSD... It might take a while for the next - I need to trade for some CSD or spend a lot of time trying to persaude my parents

Dear Mouse,



I finally got that picture in my school uniform! I have to wear a skirt.. Ugh! Luckily you're allowed a method of defence that you want - gotta have my trusty scythe! I start my days at Barkley High in a few days. It's not like me to be nervous, but I guess I am!

It's all been really weird during the preparations to join this school. I apparently have to look for a pet, or a familiar as they call them, and I need a ton of glass bottles for some reason? Oh well, I guess I'll know soon enough what this is all about. The thing I dread the most is how I'm going to fit in. Populars? Nerds? Outcasts? EMOS? *faded scream at the sound of the group as I was sorted in at my last school before I dyed my hair*

I guess that's all I have today Mousie. See you soon, you dumb book c:
