About me;;
Hey, I'm Gallopinghowl, but you may also call me Gallop, Howl, or anything you can come up with.
I currently own no JBD's, making me a nonowner, but hope to someday own the JBD of my dreams. I'm deciding
to make a separate form for organization and so I have the room. I normally back off of competitions or get so
attached I can't join them, because I fear of losing to the other amazing entries. I hate to sound cheesy or
stereotypical, but when I saw Pike up for adoption, I shrieked with joy. His colors are refreshing and similar,
yet his design is fun and eye pleasing. He is absolutely perfect. I'm extremely picky with designs and only connect
with quality designs, and Pike meet all the criteria. I love the sailor scheme you gave him and want to go along
with it, because personally I love that idea and I noticed the effort you put into his items. Even though I've joined
in later in the competition, I will spend a long time and put in all my effort.

Of course I would! I enjoy roleplaying and have dreamed of roleplaying with my own JBD.
We can more info if I win, but I would enjoy entering him in a few role plays so he can meet others
and maybe eventually get a new mate. I'm in no rush to get him a family and breeding, but it would
be nice for him to make some new friends.

Personality

Peak is quite the humorous and fun dragon. He is rarely seen without and smile and was nicknamed "The Happy Virus". He has a special talent of making people laugh with his normally very cheesy, yet original, jokes. Peak will do almost anything to make someone smile. Despite being kind and funny, Peak actually makes a great leader. He is very responsible and intelligent, making him good at decision making and deciding. He rarely breaks down due to stress, but when he does he normally won't talk and just sulk in his bedroom. Barely anything can scare this captain, Peak is very courageous and will jump face first into any type of danger. He will risk his life for the safety of another without hesitation. Peak is considered a renaissance man, meaning he is skilled in many areas. From sailing to farming, Peak loves exploring and learning about new things. He is very curious about new things and will try anything for the experience. Towering over all his traits, Peak's main trait would be a sailor. He spends more time on a ship then land and can get "land sick", while most get "sea sick". He loves the comforting cradle of the waves and cold whispers of the wind. He created his own little crew of jellybean dragons to accompany him on his long journeys, because Peak hates being alone and fears of being lost at sea with no one besides himself. He will sit for hours gazing at the blue waves watching the many fish leap across the water. With each new fish he finds, he will sketch it out in his "Fishy Feature", a sketch book he keeps with him. He has a strange and interesting obsession with pike fish, so he keeps a large fish tank with a giant pike in his cabin. The only fish not kept in the sketch book are sharks, since Peak is deathly afraid of the gray boneless murderers. Overall Peak is quite a nice jellybean dragon to be around and loves making others happy.

Peak's passion in life is sailing across the great blue sea. He enjoys captaining his scurvy crew and
navigating the boat through the fierce waters. Even though he's terrified of sharks, he enjoys gazing at all
the fish swimming by and noting each species he sees. Peak will usually be found up in the lookout or at the
wheel enjoying the gentle breeze and salty air. Even if he can't spend all his time away from land, he believes
the comforting cradle of waves is a lot more relaxing then land. This hobby comes with many risks and dangers,
but that just fuels his curiosity and love for the sea.

He dislikes fishing and won't even touch a net, because Peak dislikes harming fish at all. He prefers to scuba dive
down under and come face to face with the fish, before swimming back up and sketching the fish. His scuba gear
only consists of a mask and a tiny oxygen tank, allowing him to use his strength to swim farther and faster. He won't
allow any other crew mates to jump in with him, because of safety, but he has no problem jumping in himself. If he
sees or even feels like a shark is around him, he will swim faster then a dolphin back onto his ship.

Nora
The missing mate
Peak loved his mate with all his
heart. He spoiled her with love
and gifts, but none of that
could prepare him or help for
what happened next. Nora
disappeared,leaving no trace.
He desperately searched, but
no evidence was even left
behind. He still continues to
look for here out at sea, and
some speculate she was the
reason he went "sea mad".

The missing son
Cher and Peak were
very close and enjoyed
bonding together. His son was
very intelligent and kind, and
Peak described it as a good
heart. His son disappeared
the same time his mate did,
but he feels slightly angry
towards their son and thinks
he was involved.

The close companion
Peak and Annabeth have an
interesting relationship. Peak is
very kind to her and loves to
joke around, but is slightly
afraid of her hating him
because she reminds him of
his son.

and has a warm heart, but he
also thinks he is too cool.

Peak and Toboe have a good,
steady rivalry between them.
They will bicker and fight, but
the two always seem close and
will come to each other in
times of need. The strong
camaraderie doesn't always
mean trust, but they kindly

The Tough Flower
Peak considers himself the
closest to Pollenia. He enjoys
watching her sniff everything
and finds it quite amusing,
and will usually sniff along
with her. Due to her history,
Peak also relates well to her
because of his missing family.

Items;

Scarf
Scarf made from llama wool, but is quite soft in warm. It keeps in warm
during the cold, ocean nights and tough winters on land, but also
reminds him of his wife, who bought it for him for his birthday.

Compass
Pike posses a silver compass attacked to necklace. This is mostly
hidden under his scarf, but it's never important to him. This helps
direct him on his travels, but it also keeps him from never getting
lost physically nor mentally.

Gone with the Waves

"It was all perfect. Everything. From my life at sea to my life at home. Though my family must be somewhere out there, I desperately wait for their return. I hope that someday they will return back to be.." The bean begins, already with clouded eyes and a sorrow look.

"It wasn't always like this.. but it all started one morning I headed out to sea. I normally would leave for days on end, but that time I we planed for a month. One the second day, I had this horrible feeling that sank through my stomach, slowing inching through my body. Something horrible, I knew something wasn't right. I turned the ship aren't, despite the cries of my crew mates, and headed back towards home. I knew my mate didn't approve of this long journey, so I was relieved to let her know I was coming home. Another day passed and we finally arrived back, but no one greeted me at the docks." Peak blinked slowly, biting his lip and sighing before he continued.

"For a matter of fact, no one would make eye contact with me. They all just said, 'I'm sorry' and 'I wish you luck' before scurrying off. I busted into a run, frantically racing towards my house. The door was closed, but unlocked. I walked in, thinking my son had forgotten to lock it or that my mate and him were inside distracted by something.." Suddenly Peak stopped and his voice shook as his body began to tremble.

"I was so stupid and naïve. I searched everywhere, but found nothing. Nothing was out of place and none of their possessions were gone. They simply vanished. I asked my neighbors and friends, even strangers if they had seen anything. Apparently they had been seen in town, but no one recalled seeing them going home or leaving town. I waited for hours, then hours turned into days, and days turned into weeks." Peak looked down and clenched his jaw, not wanting to go on.

"They never returned.. but-but I still have hope.. they will eventually return to me.. return to my loving home and where their life is. Eventually they will return. I regret ever going on that boat, my mate had warned me. I miss them dearly, but they only encourage me to search. Even though they are gone with the waves, maybe possibly I will find them out in the great blue. They could have gotten stranded on an island, waiting for me to rescue them. Surely they will return, surely they will come back to my loving arms."
