This thread is a place to improve your writing with the ultimate stimuli - a CS pet! The pet will set the mood for the story, and trigger ideas you may not know you could have.
This pet will most often have items and/or a background, but a particularly symbolic (to some) pet can be just as impacting by itself.
Post your creations here. They can be (preferred) short stories, (sensibly) long stories, (original) poems, (occasianal) songs, just a chapter, or (please not all the time, VERY occasionally) even a piece in diary format. WIP posts are only acceptable for up to a week after the post is made, so don`t post too early unless you have a very clear idea. After you have your edited, finalized version posted here, please copy-and-paste it an send it to me via PM, titled "CSH Entry" asap.
I will judge each piece a score out of 5 or 10 for each of the following categories, meaning ties will be common. The total maximum score is 55.
10 points - Originality - Wow. Another poor girl ripped away from her family only to find she`s a long-lost princess. *yawn* Next.
10 points - Creativity - Similar to originality, this is more about being ambitious, punching the way, awesomely, out of your comfort zone.
10 points - Humour or Lack Thereof - Depends on the current theme. Balance is essential, unless you want a David Walliams/Steven King Funny/Gory comparison.

Complex usually equals interesting, but everyone writes differently.
- Background - The bare bones of the story. Okay, this isn`t a category, it`s just a grouping of the following:
Each round is a month long, minus the first three days of the month - they are the judging period for the last month`s round.
The winner(s) will be in our Hall of Fame forevermore, along with some CSH Records like Longest Entry Period (as in, whoever enters the most months in a row), the coveted Maximum Points Award (read below) and many more!
If you have a pet that you think would be suitable, PM me their image (with items if wanted, refer to earlier statement about items) and, if I think they are useable, they will be the next month`s stimuli and you will receive a hefty 5-point bonus for that round. In theory, you can receive up to 60 points in this way. Cool, huh?
A non-pet-giver who scores 55 or a pet-giver who scores 60 will recieve a random uncommon from me, asap if times are hard (
) and win the highly-respected Maximum Points Award, or Mupa. The U is for ease of pronuncitation. 
I truly hope that everyone who participates benefits their writing skills and...cool stuff.

5 points - Setting - A dramatic setting, or lack thereof, is essential to some stories.
5 points - Plot - Something has to happen, make it worth the reader`s while.
