In the dying
rays of the sun
we dance
and our hands
hold each other
and our lips
find another
and we make up
for all the time
that we have lost
alone.

I look
at his smile
and we laugh
and I revel
in the happiness
we have
together.

Four years
but now
we can have
the chance
that we never did
before.

Four years
and now
we can grow old
have a family
and live happily
ever after.

We are cut
from the same
cloth.
And we
once two,
have now
become one.

I am
the stockings
that bind him
to the earth.

And he has
the butterfly wings
that let me fly
beyond.
