Daisuke sat at his window, watching as rain spattered against the window like a roaring carwash.
He waited patiently, eyeing for the cars that would determine that his friends were there. The first car pulled up,
his large ears perked happily as he watched blu step out of his car, walking up to the door, followed by oliver and
Antoinette who leaped out of their car and join blu at the door.
"Its up here." Daisuke reported, walking through his small home, upstairs and into the master bedroom. "Right here"
he told them, turning around to look at their reactions as the turned their faces towards the small nick in his ceiling,
and elivated box unlike the rest of the white wall. "Definently odd." Blu nodded, followed by a tilt of the head from Oliver,
and Antoinette's tail twitching with confusion. "Either its an out of place decoration, or a secret room." little Ana told the
corgi, scratching her ear with a paw. "Than lets find out." Oliver nodded.
Daisuke had two chairs stacked ontop of his dresser before he was able to reach up on his hind paws to poke at the 5 foot
by 5 foot elevation, sighing when he had reached no avail. "You've got this Daisuke!" Blue rooted, followed by agreement
between Oli and Ana who were gathered around the dresser ready to catch the small plumie if his chairs fell back on him.
Once again, he rose to his hind paws and with a mighty swat, the plank was pushed to the side, cascading a pile of dust
onto Daisuke's smooth head.
Cheers erupted from the three friends who quickly leaned against the dresser and craned their heads to try and see inside
the dusty room, which Daisuke was looking at through squinted eyes, trying not to get dust in them. Quickly, he hopped
down from the chair structure, and next to Ana and Oliver, flattening his tall ears against his face as he seemed to
droop down. "I do not want to be the first one to go in." Dai admitted, watching as Blu nodded, climbing up the
structure and hopping onto the chair, lifting his paws up, craning his head and stuffing his body inside the room. Oliver
followed after, slowly flopping himself inside. It was his turn. Daisuke gulped, jumping up and taking hold of the opening
with his paws, lifting himself up with a flick of his feet, tumbling inside. Antoinette followed, her small body perfect size
for the opening.
"Woah." the group gasped. The entire room was completely empty, though, quite large. one big rectangle, and very dust
y from being sealed off all this time. Blu pulled at a curtan, which gave way to a massive window which made up the
entire wall of the side facing the backyard, giving in tons of natural light. Antoinette looked around the room, now
illuminated, spotting a broom duster in the corner of the room laying on it's side. Oliver caught what she was looking at
and padded over, using the broom to sweep up the dust and dirt into a pan, dumping it down into the trashbin below.
As the room was put in ship shape, Oliver hopped back into daisuke's room, followed by Dai, As Blu and Ana finnished
cleaning the window, and got the rest of the dust off the walls. They turned a few corners and opened the door to his
Garage. "This will do the trick." Daisuke nodded to Oliver, who had spotted extra paint cans from when he was giving the
kitchen a new paint job. They each grabbed a paint can and a few brushes and rollers, having to get Blu's help to lift the
paint filled cans back into the loft. In the time they were gone, Antoinette had found a tall lamp, which she plugged into
the wall to allow more light into the room.
Paint was everywhere, but it was finally done, fans scattered throughout the room to get rid of te gross paint smell, the
gang had finally finnished it! Each wall was a light brown, with one accent wal with a dark mocha color, and the team
celebrated their victory over diet cokes. As they waited for the paint to dry, the plumies kicked a soccerball back and
fourth between them, and Antoinette somehow managed to get some brown paint all over the white ball, but the time
they put in was worth it, when they could finally settle down for the night.
Oliver fliked the light off, only moonlight flooding inside of the loft as the gang laid out sleeping bags and cussions
around the large window, to stargaze until they fell asleep under the moon and the millions of glitering stars which
lit their paint covored walls until the next morning when the group got creative with decorating.
Today, the attic is filled with carpet, a couch, and a tv and a mini fridge (yeah, that one was blu's idea). And the gang
gathers together to watch spots, movies, and yes, stargaze from the large window.
