“Mommy mommy come quick!” Frerin cried.
Maisy came rushing to the little 5 year olds’ aid, dropping
everything she was doing for her baby.
“What’s wrong honey?” she said, hurrying to him.
“I-I fehw off mah scootew!” Frerin whimpered, showing his
mommy his scraped knee. “I gots a boo-boo…” he looked at
Maisy and his eyes filled with tears. “It huwwttss!”
Maisy kissed Frerin on the head and stroked him.
“It’s just a little boo-boo, it will get better in no time.”
She murmured as she picked him up carefully and carried
him into the house to look for a band-aid.
Frerin clung to Maisy as she transported into the kitchen,
where she carefully sat him on the counter.
“Now stay there Frerin, I just have to find a band-aid…” Maisy told him, rummaging in a drawer. Picking up the
box of band-aids, she asked Frerin, “Do you want a dinosaur band-aid, an elmo band-aid, or a loki band-aid?”
She already knew the answer but figured she should ask anyway.
“Da Loki one! Da Loki one!” Frerin yelled excitedly, almost jumping up and down with happiness.
Then he remember his knee was hurt and calmed down again.
“Okay, little Loki.” Maisy smiled at her little Frerin Loki. His name fit him perfectly.
“Do you want a cookie to help the boo-boo get better?” She asked him.
Frerin grinned. This was the part he had been waiting for. His face dropped as he grimaced in pain.
“I tink dis boo-boo needs two cookies, mommy.” He whimpered.
Maisy sighed. With Frerin, every boo-boo was worth two or more cookies. But, being the mother she is, she caved in to his pleas.
“Ok Frerin, but only two!” she said, getting them out of the cookie jar and handing the two chocolate chip cookies to him.
Frerin grinned in delight and ate the two delicious cookies quickly. Then he lifted his arms up for Maisy to lift him down from the counter. As Maisy did so, Frerin smirked with malicious glee at having gotten two cookies. He made sure his mommy never saw that smirk.

Frerin loves his papa, but doesn't think he does things the right way.
Sen is really patient, and doesn't fend for himself as often as he
should. Frerin wants to wrestle with his daddy, but since Sen is
afraid of hurting the tiny, but tough, child, Frerin doesn't usually
get the dad wrestle time he wants. However, Frerin considers
himself lucky to have a patient dad, because he often breaks the
rules, yet gets away with them with only a small "Don't do that again."
Also, since Sen is a toymaker, Frerin can just as for a toy, and he will
probably get it. Needless to say, Frerin has acquired a multitude of
Loki collectibles! Frerin and his dad are very different, but they
get along just fine, for now.

Frerin agrees with Enika on the whole jumping into action
without thinking. It's best to do things without thinking, than
to do nothing fun or dangerous because you thought about it
and brought logic into the equation. Sometimes Frerin gets
jealous of his older sister because she is so much smarter than
him. However, Frerin knows that he can ask her questions about
his homework and he will get all the right answers from her.
Although Frerin sometimes gets mad at Enika about various
disagreements, he still shows affection towards her because she is,
after all, his older sister.

These two twin brothers couldn't be more different.
There is nonstop bickering between these two, and if
they stop that means there is something seriously wrong, or Thor
has finally got the better of Frerin, and Frerin is at loss for words.
Frerin is easily annoyed by Thor's constant stream of puns, riddles,
and jokes, and loves to make fun of him with his own big mouth.
Although Frerin is intelligent, Thor is smarter, and Frerin is rather
jealous of his twin brother, but would never admit that out loud
Although Frerin isn't
overly fond of his brother, deep in his heart
he cares about Thor.
