This is my journal of my life as a scientist working with Piggles. I will receive my very first shortly. I record this in the name of science, that others may learn from my mistakes and successes.

Another note has been added. By comparing the handwritings throughout the diary, you can see it is from a much, much later date.
Arius, if all goes well you will not need to read this. But if it does not, please remember this - everything I did was because I loved you and I loved Moriah. The mistakes were too many, the successes too costly, but successes and mistakes they were, as I predicted.
You're forever - friend? aquaintanance? enemy? I do not know which of those words you will bestow on me when you read this. Best scrap that.
