Clockwork spins as time goes by
The dark dragon takes to the sky,
And spreads his majestic wings to fly
Quietly he lands, softer than a cricket’s cry.
His expressions are subtle and his voice low
Those who hear its rumbling sounds are the ones that let friendship grow.
Tense body allows nothing through,
But emotions shine in those eyes so blue.
Although his words are few
Passion surges through,
The red blood hidden beneath the dark fur
He holds more than the most loyal cur.
Rare and unknown,
Different and obscure;
How long till his true name and interpretation
to any will be shown?
O, this quiet cricket,
However ironic it may be,
Is loudest in his heart and mind
Any pure one can clearly see.
