Her favorite season is the winter.ASIYAH'S favorite season was winter...How the white layers of fluffy snow can bring out the colors of her coat. The smell of the pines...Everything about it. She decided to go for a stroll to admire the first snow fall of the year.She did everything, make snow angels and build snow dragons. When she got tired and chilly she went and sat under a large pine tree sprinkled with flakes of white. She pulled out of her pouch some macaroons that matched her fur and her half solved Rubik cube. She happily snacked on the the moist cakes while trying to finish her Rubik cube again..for the, thousandth time? She was lost in her thoughts so fixed on her Rubik cube that she only noticed the sun was setting went she went to grab her last macaroon, and there were none left. By then she had ate them all and solved at least eighteen puzzles. She sighed and shivered, i was getting really cold now and she started back home, except...It was dark now and the winds had blew snow over her foot prints. Now she was stuck AND couldn't back track to her home. she wandered and wandered. Every time she tried to settle down a noise spooked her or she felt restless and too vulnerable. She became so drowsy and cold, she was so weak now and had no urge to continue just sleep. Being young and naive any little bean would've been crying their selves to sleep. Not her she was smart for one so young. She knew if she fell asleep. She wouldn't wake up. She treaded on through the trecherous night. When she stumbled out of the forest she viewed the vast open sky and saw the northern star. It shone on vibrantly and seemed to call her. She remembered her mamma telling her, If you're ever lost follow the brightest star in the sky. It'll take you home. She smiled faintly at the thought and marched on not taking her Icy cold glare off the star. She was so tired now and had a severe cold. She sniffled and stopped now and then to wipe her nose. But kept going on. She stumbled into a snowy pile and closed her eyes feeling herself falling asleep, she didn't care..she wanted to rest now. She suddenly arose from that feeling when a certain scent came into her nose. Her eyes Opened wide and she didn't hesitate to follow the smell. She knew that smell by heart and only one person that could make it. MAMA! at last, as she sauntered across the white plain that shimmered in the moonlight she could see the luminous light from her home.she flew into the building and her mama that was ever so worried about her scooped her up and showered her with love,hugs, and kisses. After Asiyah had a warm steamy bath she munched on the fresh Macaroons her mum had made her.after the long wait, finally she was tucked her in bed with plenty of blankets and her coughs and sneezes, tended to. before you know it, after her long winters nap Asiyah was out in the snow again but never had such a big adventure nor wandered so far from home,or stayed out so late again. And for her birthday she was given two more rubik cubes, both of different difficulties
