Hi diary!
My name is Eliza!
And you're my new friend. c:
I just got you for Christmas - but I haven't had time to use you yet. I was too busy playing with my new plushies, books, and other stuff!
Hmm....can you keep a secret? I don't believe in Santa, even though mamma says that beans the same as me should still believe in him. Well, I don't...I never really did, hehe.
So, diary, you need a name! I'm sorry for being so chatty. But I'm a bit shy too...chatty and shy at the same time. Weird combo, huh? Mamma says I'm special because being chatty and shy isn't common. Ooops, I'm over-talking again! Or should I say over-writing? Mwahaha.
Anyways, you need a name...help me pick, huh? Let me describe you first. You're a pale green colour with nature-y doodles and stickers all over you, and you've got a picture of me, mamma, and pappa at the front. You've got a special silver key too, and I can keep that in my tiny little pouch so no one else can peek at our conversations.
So...what about Birdie? It's really simple but I like the name. I've always wanted a pet called Birdie...even though you're not really a pet but a diary. Oh well! Hiya Birdie!
Sorry about my messy writing. I'm a fast writer and I just can't stand anything slow. I'm a bit too impatient! Mehehe.
I think I'll tell you a bit about myself. Do you wanna hear about me? Yes? Okay!
So, to start off, my full name is Eliza Cally Rosie Berricle. My mamma chose Eliza. It is my mamma's favourite name. I like it too! Sounds odd but nice at the same time. My mamma's friend chose Cally - she said I looked like a little Calista. But my mamma cut half of the name off and decided to make Cally my middle name. Meanwhile Rosie was my pappa's idea. It was his first name idea that came to mind when I hatched. Mamma liked it too so it's my other middle name. And what about Berricle, huh? It's an easy guess. It's a mix of my parent's names. Berr - icle. Berry and Icicle. My mamma and pappa don't really have surnames but they decided I should have one. I think it's awesome!
Woah, now that was a lot...and it's just about my name! Hehe, sorry Birdie. Now onto basic stuff...my birthday is on the 4th of April, 2004. I'm eight at the moment. Well, eight and a half!
I'm a bit shy and chatty (as you may have already guessed..mehehe). I tend to change topics quickly (you've probably already guessed that too!). I'm also quite creative, I love to try out a bit of everything...and mamma says I never give up. Pappa also says I'm strong and sweet-hearted, and brave too. I myself like to say I'm an adventurer...or an explorer. Or both. Well, they're the same thing. Haha. :D
Hmm...I think I should stop. I've already written two pages! Or maybe it's just my big and round hand-writing. Hehe. Well, yeah. I'll tell you a bit more about myself another time...or I'll write about myself bit by bit, huh? :3

Hiya Birdie! Happy New Year's Eve! Sorry I haven't been able to write for a few days. :<
But I thought I'd write something now - my last post of 2012! :D
Isn't it exciting? The year went by super super super quick. And mamma says I've grown so quickly, too! I'm becoming a 'young lady' as she and pappa say. Hehe. c:
Anyways, guess what?
Pappa took me to a public farm on Saturday!
It was so fun - there were chickens, cows, sheep and goats, pigs, horses, ponies, llamas, cats, dogs, and many more animals! It was the biggest farm I've ever seen in the world.
It was all free, so my pappa and I didn't have to worry about the money and activities.
So what did I do there? Trillions of stuff!
First, we went to see the chickens. I got to feed them and even pick up a baby chick. It was so fluffy and brown like a duckling. c: And it made cute sounds, a bit like a chirp!
After that we went to see the cows, sheep, goats, and llamas. We didn't do much but I go to stroke a calf and a very fluffy llama - luckily I didn't get spat on, but someone else did...woopsie. c;
Then we went to see the horses and ponies! They were all beautiful colours. My favourite was a cute little mini pony that was black and white. He had one blue eye and one brown eye, too. I don't know his name, but I nicknamed him Checkers. We were also allowed to have a ride on one of the horses or ponies but Checkers was too small to be ridden on - so I rode an amazing tall horse called Megan. She was a very pretty light brown colour. I think she's a chestnut or sorrel? I've heard that somewhere. Anyways, she was really comfortable and I hope I can ride her one day again! C:
After that we went to see the pigs rolling in the mud. They made really adorable 'oink' sounds and had really funny curly tails. Pappa also did a funny impression of a pig! Haha, I love my pappa.
And lastly, we went to see all of the other animals in the barn. Cats, dogs, guinea pigs, all sorts of birds, chinchillas, bunnies...you get the point, right Birdie? Hehe. :3 They were all so funny, cute, and beautiful. My favourite was a creamy-brown chinchilla whom I nicknamed Brownie and a big black fluffy puppy with a curly tail, who I nicknamed Buddy. I also named a really pretty bird after you! I think it's a love-bird parrot or something, I'm not really sure. She really liked me and followed me all over the barn. c:
And that's all of it - it was ever so fun! I hope pappa can take me there some day again, so I can visit Checkers, Megan, Brownie, Buddy, and Birdie - and of course, all of the other animals too!
However, pappa then took me to a small forest with a pond in the middle of it. I saw ducks with ducklings, deer, more birds, and other animals that I can't remember. It was also very fun - we went home after that. :3
Of course, not forgetting, pappa took a WHOLE GALAXY of photos. <3 I might show some to you in the future. :D
Oh, mamma's calling me for food.. see you in the new year, Birdie! Bye! ;P
