This is how it goes with me:
*Tries to imagine them as dogs/cats doing what I say they're doing*
*Fails miserably so tries to do it the same way but with them as humans*
*Fails miserably at that, too, because I can't fully convert them well. ;-;*
*Imagines them as... Furries(? Is that what they're called?) and half-succeeds*
I just have a hard time imagining what they look like, but I think they're be furries because they're animals but do human stuff... I personally think it would be just a little hard for a dog to type/write a diary with paws... But that's just me. :p

I agree. If they don't have hair on their head, I think it's a bit hard for me to imagine them as humans, but furries are alright too

Woah! I've been reading a few couple of posts ( 2-3), and I really wanna join! But I don't want spoilers for my diary, because like, yeah.. XD maybe I'll join after I release the spoiler?

I just try not to think about it (character appearances) too hard. (I'm a bad writer for doing that.) Since mine is in first person, I just imagine me doing whatever the characters are doing. For the other characters, I usually think of dogs, but the images in my mind are "blurry." Whenever I mention hands, I say paws, whenever I mention body parts, I include the tail, whenever I mention walking, sometimes I replace it with flying, etc.
