Hey guys!
When we reach 900 or so pages, we'll have to remake this thread eventually- (or I can do it now)
I was thinking I"ll revamp the whole members system? I don't know, I just don't feel like it's very... ugh what's the word. EFFECTIENT! that's it.
if only I could spell it

anyway. any ideas? or should we keep the current way?

watermelonyum11, I like the thread the way it is. Then again, I'm new to Inklings and my opinion probably isn't as valuable as that of the more experienced members.

watermelonyum11, I know what you mean, coding and that can be a pain. I like your stories, by the way.

Thanks! I haven't updated them in ... forever . XP

ATTENTION EVERYONE

I've seen more and more people all over CS posting like this: (I LITERALLY saw this. no exaggerations )
"So tehn she wuz all liek no i odn't wana cuz then shel find out an i dun want atha"

DO NOT post like that here. Ever. I WILL PM you, and possibly put you on the bans/suspensions list. Mmk? You can't be a writer on this forum if that's how you type - sorry, but it's the truth.

I think the current member system is fine, but I have a feeling this is one of those things where I'll notice the issues as soon as someone points them out.

I think its fine, but maybe make a thread just for new joiners because it kinda gets clouded around with all the other posts and you may not see it.

I rarely ever read fan fictions, I don't know why. I won't count creepypastas though, I just rarely read fan fictions. I write them, but don't exactly read them //except my own lollol//

How often do you use profanity in your writing, and is your choice to use/not use profanity a large part of your writing style?

Depends on the story. In most of my stories profanity is few and far between. The majority of my stories are aimed at young or all aged audiences. I quite honestly find it kind of fun to make up kid-friendly insults. XD But I do have historical stories aimed at an older audience that have some very colorful language, and I don't shirk from using it in those cases, so to answer your second question, I guess it would be yes and no? XD Of course, I personally don't like hearing profanity every third word - I prefer to see a bit more articulation and creativity in my characters' swearing. If that even makes sense... XD

Oh! And for the new thread/members thing, my only suggestion is to make it clearer that acceptance is automatic. So many people seem unsure if they're accepted or not, so it'd be great if that was in big bold letters or something. ^^
