My eyes opened slowly. Everything was bright and blurry. I heard voices all around me, but I couldn't understand what they were saying. I tried speaking, but all that came out was some quiet breathing sound. I couldn't speak, could barely hear, could barely see. I tried moving, but that didn't work either.
Amy? Where are you?I tried to say Jenette, but I couldn't. I tried thinking thoughts to her, but my mind was on shut-down. I couldn't think anything to her no matter how hard I tried. I heard a voice next to me, suddenly (it's words will be in blue).
Will she be okay?That was the first voice I heard (other than Jenette). I heard another person speaking but couldn't make out their words.
Her eyes are open! Can she see? Or is it natural that they're just staring at the ceiling?Was I even blinking?
Amy?! Are you there? Please still be there...I wanted to talk to Jenette so bad, but I couldn't make my brain work. My eyesight was starting to clear up, and I could start to see the ceiling clearly. I tried blinking, but my eyelids were stiff.

I opened them slowly and after another ten minutes they were open again. I closed them again and they closed a bit faster. It took 8 minutes. I kept on doing that, just blinking, and soon I got it down to regular.
Wait, she's blinking! Is she alive?I opened my mouth slowly. My jaw hurt like crazy as I opened it. I tried speaking, but all that came out was a little moan.
