Ahh... the good old stories made up on the fly~ XD

On the fly, huh? When we were still living in NH and my dad was working in Boston, I'd call him every night to tell him a story. There were chapters and hooks and everything! I'd start off with "Do you remember when we left off? Okay, so the purple dinosaur and the horse were stuck in the mud pit . . ." And so on. I have no memory of the stories whatsoever, but apparently that's what I did! Good old stories made up on the fly Isn't that what most of us are doing, though?

Lol I at least plot out my characters now XD
...and construct a nearly half-way decent plot...

Aaaand a lil pain cuz I have nothing better to do... This is at the airport, eight after Mack gets off the plane. It's also the first time she's actually seen Bailey in like three years.

The five year old dog pulled away from Ms April and bounded up to Mack.
Mack couldn't speak, she couldn't cry, couldn't do anything other than stand there. Bailey whined at her, not understanding why he was being ignored. The dog started pacing around, looking for Riley. He whined even more when he couldn't find him. Ms April's eyes were red as she hugged Mack.
"I'm so sorry Holly."
She still didn't speak, didn't even move. But Bailey suddenly knocked Mack off her feet and started barking at her. He licked her face and then settled onto her chest.
Mack wrapped her good arm around him and cried for the first time since the explosion.
Sometimes dogs know more than they appear to.

Thanks for all the title ideas! I like "A Twisted Wish" and "Magical Powers and How to Deal With Them", I might use one of those two. I was thinking about either "Wistful Thinking" or "Wishful Thinking" as well. Also, thanks for the edits, bucket!

I like Wishful Thinking and Magical Powers and how to Deal With Them. I suppose it depends on the tone of your story - the part you posted seemed a bit comedic, and I'd say the second one fits a comedic story better.
