Just by saying you've spent much time on it wont make it popular. I spend 2 hours of my life thinking about the plot and ideas, if no one marked all you have to do is make the story interesting, but not cliche such as suddenly theres a dance and the hottest guy in school ask the main char out, That's very cliche

Bump less, my thread only have a few markers and instead of bumping I make a new entry to attract people.
However, like the pokemon move 'Attract' it only attract some people, so if no one responded, try to read it and see the flaws. Fix the flaws then make a new entry, do.not.bump

One thing I am big on in my entries is spelling. If all the spelling and grammar is bad, then it will seem less experienced. I've got a few errors in my entries, but I really do try to go back and fix them whenever I can if I do have some.

Because the story is.. not in the past but not in the present either

I'm just guessing since most castles, kingdoms, and all that stuff took place then.
