Dear AJ,
Haenston and Erin were chatting outside in the drizzling rain and Trinity was packing food for us all. She was watching the two kids with interest.
"They get along well..." Trinity pointed out and I nodded then looked at Erin who was obviously smitten. God the love bug was going around alot. Zeana and Cerin, Kai and Shade, me and Midnight, Sophia and Silver now Erin and Haenston, what was with my group who swore never to love. Jet said he'd come along to help out if Violet came back, after all he is the only one with wings in our group. Our group has expanded yet again. Erin and Haenston have become fast friends and now they are inseprable but she's royalty so they can never actually go out. Any way as I stepped out from under my shelter and sighed as the rain continued to thunder down onto my once dry fur, I was soon soaked, Midnight came out the food in his rucksack and we began to make our way.
"Lets play tag." Haenston said.
"Yes lets, your it." Erin laughed and ran off and Haenston gave chase, their laughter filled the silence of the forest around us.
"Don't go far." Zeana shouted after them and Kai was unuasally slow behind us by ten paces. I dropped back and walked with her she was moping still, it was understandable not long ago we buried Shade in the cave in the place Trinity called, the Zen Garden.
"Cheer up, Shade wouldn't want you moping." I said and Kai looked at me and managed a weak smile.
"I know, but I feel lost without him." She said and I looked at her.
"But he hasn't left you." I told her, Kai looked to the ground.
"I lost him, he's gone." She sighed.
"No you haven't he's still with you in your heart." I explained and Kai smiled then.
"Your right, after all the same happened to your parents, it was a miracle you and your brothers survived." she said and I stopped walking, was it my imagination or did she just say BROTHERS, not brother, BROTHERS. Kai looked back at me and I started to walk again and opened my mouth to ask her what she meant by brothers when Erin and Haenston's howls filled the air these weren't just any howls these were howls of pain.

Dear AJ,
I ran towards the sound of the howling and I gasped as I saw a snake beating the hell out of the two pups. I growled and bared my teeth and the snake let Erin drop and Haenston limped towards Erin nudging her to wake up she groaned and sat up. I leapt forward biting the tail of the snake, it hissed and I heard paw-steps behind me and the rest of the group gasp and it flund me of the end of it's tail and into the tree. I yelped and Midnight rushed in, jumping up, sinking his teeth into the snakes neck. I pushed myself up and leapt forward biting the tail of the snake again. Haenston and Erin gaped at us and we continued to cling on to the snake then I yelped letting go of the snake looking at my own tail to see the snake had bit it and it was gushing with freshly drawn blood, the bite wasn't deep but the snake was hard to tell if it was poisonous.
"Crystal dodge it." Kai shouted and I rolled to the side as the snake's teeth bit down where I was. Kai then leapt forward and I gasped as the snake bit her back and lifted her up then tossed her to one side. Cerin immediatly pushed Zeana to one side as the snake lurched towards then, Midnight was no longer attached to the snake's neck but sat on it's head then the snake collapsed and Midnight leapt off and strolled over to me.
"I'm poisonous too." He said and I gaped at him.
"Right." I said then ran over to Kai who was whimpering on the grass.
"It burns." she muttered and then howled and I ran my paw across the injury and it healed and Kai looked at me.
"The poison." she explained and I gaped at her, she was asking me to suck the poison out then Jet stepped forward.
"May I?" he asked and Kai nodded, obviously in pain. Jet strolled forward then sunk his own teeth into Kai's back and I covered Erin and Haenston's eyes as Midnight and Drew covered their ears. A couple of minutes later Jet pulled away and Kai was still, Jet looked at me and I ran my paw across her bite wound and it healed. Erin pulled my paw off her eyes and crept closer she then nudged Kai who blinked, her eyes opened slowly and sat up she groaned and looked at Jet who was staring at her.
"Grab him, and chain him to the tree." she snapped and we stared at her confused.
"Do it." Erin screamed and I grabbed the chain, while Midnight and Cerin wrestled him to the tree, I chained him to it. Jet instantly started to growl and snap at us.
"What's going on?" I asked.
"Jet was raised by bats, he drank blood to stay alive, he can't control his bloodlust once he gets a bite." Kai explained.
"He's a vampire." Midnight said and I sighed.
"Great, that's all we need." I moaned and Kai shot me glance.
"He'll calm down soon." Kai explained and Erin walked closer to him, Jet stopped snapping and his eyes grew cloudy, then his eyelids drooped, and he fell asleep.
"When he wakes up we can go." Erin said and I saw a nasty gash in her side, I ran my paw over it and it healed.
"Lets all wait for him then." Kai said.
"He's a vamp..." Zeana gaped and I sighed. Jet was still chained to the tree and his wings were flattened behind him, this was all we needed a vampire dog that goes made when he has the taste of blood.

Dear AJ,
Erin and Haenston were playing by Jet when he raised his head slightly looking at them, Kai immediatly un-chained him and helped him to his feet. Jet was looking really guilty, I glowered at him pulling Haenston and Erin behind me in case he felt like he wanted another snack.
"I'm sorry you guys had to see that." Jet said and Kai faced-pawed.
"You saved my life that's all that matters right Crystal?" Kai said looking at me and I nodded, my vocal cords were refusing to work. Erin grinned at me and then sniffed the air.
"Is it me or can you smell flowers?" she asked and I looked at her.
"It's a forest." I told her and she shook her head still sniffing.
"Like a jumbled sent of flowers." she said.
"It's a forest." I told her again and she glared at me.
"No like a moving sent of flowers." she said and I opened my mouth to tell her it was a forest when a twig snapped. Erin just growled, her little voice was more powerful than you could imagine, Haenston immediatly found it would be fun to join in and Midnight appeared and they shut up.
"We have to go, I was exploring the forest and found a camp." he said and I immediatly woke everyone up. I realised Zodiac wasn't here and a piece of paper was in his place. it read this.
Hi, Crystal when you read this, I went for a fly and will come back a while later...Zodiac
I immediatly screamed in a rage and showed the note to Midnight and then Jet walked over.
"I could go fetch him when we set up a new camp." he said and I agreed. So we all set off, running through the trees till we came to a small village I nodded to Jet who then flew off. I made my way toward the motel and Midnight held me back, he looked dark, scary dark, evil even. Then everyone turned to face us, looking the exact same way Midnight did, they smiled at us evilly all coming closer and closer then I have had enough and I nodded to Erin who strolled in between me and the creepy villagers and began to sing.
