||Hello there! (Always open! Just send me a PM and wait for a weekend if I don't answer quickly!)
I'm excited to join a thread like this! As a writer, I know how hard it is to share stories and be up for critique. Stories are personal, and I want you to never feel hesitant or afraid about contacting me with a story. I've been hurt by another writer's opinion before, and I'm not willing to put anyone else in that position of, "Oh man, another writer basically invalidated my entire story. This is hopeless, but I put so much work in already... What now?" I will not be that person. Not ever.
I will be a hand to guide you if you so choose, I'm open for maybe even a full-time position reading your story if we both agree to it. But if not, I'll just be here to help you as long as you need.
I'm very strong in my knowledge of grammar, spelling, and general "that just doesn't sound right" gut instincts. It comes naturally to me, so if you make a lot of mistakes, I may be someone you need!
I'm also extremely good at nitpicking things that just don't belong. I'll try to help you prune out the scenes that bring your story down.
I ask that you don't commission me with LGBT relationships as a major subplot or main plot. I don't have a lot of experience in this area and I feel I'm not the girl to help you out there. I will, however, read ace/asexual or aro/aromantic characters if needed (they need way more representation than they get!). I also ask that romance is more focused on personality over the physical side, because I'm tired of those kinds of stories and I'd probably get fed up and suggest you scrap the whole relationship, honestly. Since you don't want that, don't ask for me to read it. :P
Also, I'd like if I read stories that had little to no cursing, or all of it is implied or pretend (Frog lips! Wraiths and Wreckage!).
