may we have critique boards? for example, like discussion and forms in roleplay, only, for your story? to keep from clutter?

You may have one for your story, i believe several people do already. Though it is definitely preferred if you have people pm you or post on the thread itself rather than having more than one

Would you suggest a site that I could store all my signatures? My computer doesn't have a suitable program to store them in, sadly...

I don't have any that come to mind unfortunately. Your best option is to just save the coding on a word processor or notepad on your computer.
