Hm... it would be fun to read a diary with broken walls, since I do read multiple "This is not a diaries" , but be careful... don't break the fourth wall! (Actually, that might be cool, too...)

OMG YESH. Imagine the potential for something dark and depressing! The deep existential crisis! Also, the "The Reason You Suck" Speech. And then, as your character reigns triumphant over the author, finally free of his wreched grasp, the writer declares that it was all part of the plot.

And the hero falls to the ground before standing up with a stupid grin. It ends. He has fallen; everybody is once again under the control of the author.

Or, um, something light-hearted and comedic. All those jokes! Yay!

Small question, but would anyone be interested about a diary where the main character goes to a international school and writes about all sorts of cultures, or one where it switches the writer, and they work in a cross-dressing cafe?

Yes. Writer-switching would answer many questions about why this person hates this, and lead to character development. Writing about different cultures would be great too, as long as the plot was more than just "I meet everyone, I learn about (country here)".

Yeah, for the international school I plan on making the main character a mixed nationally student from a small town with no knowledge of the world. I'll be trying to get in important dates for many different cultures, so a lot of research for me |D

I think you should combine switching authors and a school with multiple cultures. Hm... just a suggestion, maybe it should be called Soup or Stew if you were to go with either idea, since it's a mixture of multiple people, and they are sort of all in a soup/stew of entries or cultures.

I wanna use the idea of the authors little pet somehow being able to write in the diaries in the Apple pancake, like Bries Log and Cassies Potato Chip, but im not sure if they would be okay with me using the idea, is it okay for me to use it?
