Tanta doesn't really know how to act. If Brynjar was there, he'd be telling Tanta what to do, how to act. He's never alone in social situations (pun most definitely intended) cuz Bryn wasn't ever stupid enough to make him handle it on his own. As a Captain, or in war, Tanta knows what to do and doesn't need help. But he grew up as an only child, which is nearly impossible for them. Twins are the norm. Add that to the fact that he isolated himself, and BAM -
If he acts like he cares about her, then he can't deny that he cares, and it'll only hurt more when one of them dies (not saying they will, just how he thinks) cuz he's lost the rest of his family already.

I got some up for chapter six! Cue Gale, Lyra, and poor, poor, seasick Mack *confetti*
And I should've named this chapter "Spencer is a very Possessive Kitten" since that's kinda what happens (#jealousy) but whatever.

Lol. It depends on what theory you look at. To some, mermaids are as evil as sirens. I prefer to see them that way.

Oh, btw peeps, plot twists are imminent. I have a plan. Once I remember how to write, that is.

Oh and also, I may be completely rewriting soon. I'm not happy with Delta at this point, and she's holding me up. If I do, I'll let you guys know.

Ok everyone. The rewriting starts now. I'll post once I've finished with each chapter. Just know that you'll have to read it again after this. I'm taking some stuff out and adding some in.

Chapter 1 has been edited, so it's done (for now). Don't know what I'm doing with that stupid prologue. I'm halfway done with chapter 2. Should work on it some more tonight. New poll is up. Vote if you wish, it doesn't really make a difference.
