Here's the thing about transporting: you don't know where you'll end up. I ended up transporting into the middle of a funeral. Everybody stared at me. I looked down and realized I was standing on the closed coffin. I slowly lowered myself off it then looked at the awed faces.
Um.... may they rest in peace? And with that I ran out of that building. I looked around to try and figure out where I was, but I had no idea. It was completely different here.
Where in the world am I?I started walking around. I looked into a store's window and saw pastries and desserts being placed on display. I licked my lips and my stomach rumbled. How long had it been since I had eaten something? I tried to think back to where they had fed me little food in the lab, but I couldn't remember when they last had. Without even thinking about it I walked up to the window and stared at the pastries, my eyes growing big, my mouth watering. A few minutes of my gawking and I realized that the person in the store was staring at me. I snapped out of my gawking stage and started to back away. There was a shout behind me (words will be in pink).
Wait! Wait!I turned my head slightly but didn't stop waling away. The one who had been staring at me was running toward me.
Please wait! But I had learned better. Never trust anyone.
I'll give you some food!I stopped dead in my tracks. Food. I thought over the situation quickly. I would die from hunger soon, anyway. So what was the harm of trusting the girl? I turned to face her. By now she was already standing in front of me, huffing from the run.
Fine. She smiled and led me back to the bakery.
Stay out here.I stayed outside as she ran in. She quickly came back out, holding a fresh, hot cinnamon roll. She handed it to me.
I'd run. I'm not supposed to give out free food.Thank you. How can I repay you?No need.Oh, come on. There must be some way.Well.... I guess you could spread word about the bakery. Tell people how good it is. But you don't have to. Really, I don't need anything.Alright, I'll make sure to tell people.Thank you.No, thank you. You just might have saved my life. The dog smiled. Suddenly there was a loud shout (words will be in red).
ROSE! GET IN HERE!Gotta go. Enjoy the cinnamon roll! The dog, who's name was apparently Rose, ran back into the bakery. I looked at the cinnamon roll and before I could think twice about it I bit into it. The sweet cinnamony flavor entered my mouth, mixed with a creamy taste. It was so good, so rich, so amazing, that I ate it all within ten seconds. I smiled and breathed a sigh of relief. And then I started walking around again. I turned a corner into an alley and suddenly ran straight into a dog.
Oof! Oops, I'm sorry. Didn't mean to run into you.I looked up as the dog turned toward me and I jumped back.

That guy looked creepy (his words will be black, bolded, italicized, and underlined).
It's quite alright. His voice had this snake-like feature to it.
Say, you look lost. Do you need any help?No thank you.Oh, come on. A girl like you must bee needing help since your parents sold you.How do you know that my parents sold me?The dog grinned. I started to back away.
Hey, where are you going, sweetheart? I thought we were just getting to know each other!I started to run away and turned the corner again... and ran straight into another dog. He grinned evilly and came toward me holding a large sack. I turned around and started running away again, but the other creepy dog was there. They were closing in on me. I looked to my right, seeing if there was somewhere to escape there. But it was just a blank wall. I hated alleys. Only one thing to do. I closed my eyes and concentrated. Time to transport.
That won't work here, sweetheart.I opened my eyes. It wasn't working! Why wasn't it working? The dog made one quick lunge and threw the sack of my head, darkness enclosing around me.
The sack was pulled off my head. It was pretty dark here, but there was a dark flame coming from somewhere down below so I could still see faintly. I was sitting down in a chair and my arms and legs were strapped to the chair.
Ahh, welcome, Suzi.Out of the shadows stepped the dog I had seen before.
Where am I?You are where we live.Who is we?Us; the demons.I had to stop myself from bursting out laughing.
Demons?! Are you joking?!No. Quite the opposite, in fact. I am one hundred percent serious. And we want you to join us.Wait. He was serious? Uh-uh. No way.
Sorry, but I don't trust dudes who take me to weird places. So.... no.Let me rephrase: We're making you join us.The creepy dude snapped his fingers. Five dogs (who all looked the same) walked to me. Two stood on either side of me. Another one stood in front of me, another behind me. The last one pointed some sort of pitch-fork at me. They all looked like this:
You see, Suzi, if you do not come with us then I'm afraid we'll have to force you.I gulped, look over at the pitchfork, and then smiled.
I choose not to go with you.I shut my eyes and concentrated. Time to transport out of here. There was an evil laugh, suddenly.
It won't work.I opened my eyes. Again, it wasn't working.
Take her away! The demon used his pitchfork and cut free my ropes. The four demons surrounding me quickly grabbed hold of me; two grabbing my legs, the other two grabbing my arms. The other demon kept his pitchfork aimed at me. They carried me out of the room and through a doorway, then down a hallway and into a big room. I looked to the right side and I saw multiple small boats. On each small boat was a creepy dog.

The demons took me over to a boat and threw me on. I immediately jumped up and tried to get off, but something kept me on the boat. The boat lurched forward. I looked over the edge and nearly screamed. I was so far up that I couldn't even see the bottom. But then I realized something. This boat was floating on thin air! I gulped and looked ahead. The boat went through a tunnel and for ten minutes all I saw was darkness. Then we reached the end of the tunnel. The boat suddenly stopped at the end of the tunnel. The creepy dog on the boat grabbed my arm and pulled me to the side of the boat. There was light, finally, so I could see. We had stopped beside a clear window with a small hole at the bottom. He slammed my arm onto a ledge which was right below the window. A paw came out of the hole on the window, holding a knife. The paw dug the knife deep into my fur and I yelped. Then it took the knife out and drew it's paw back into the window. I read the sign that was right above the window. It read "Blood Of The Living". Reading that made a shiver go down my spine. I had no idea what it meant, but it sounded bad.
The creepy dog let go of my arm and began to steer the boat again. We went all the way through the tunnel and out. I looked over the side again, curious, and my eyes got huge. Below us now were millions of flames. In the flames were many dogs, screaming from the fire burning them. They were pushing carts full of dark, burnt rocks. And through all that they were being whipped by other dogs, who didn't seem the mind the fire at all. I stopped looking down out of fear that I would fall over and soon become one of those dogs, being burned and whipped. The boat stopped at the side and the boat dog threw me out of the boat and onto the ground. Or at least, floating ground. Then he turned the boat around and left me. Demons surrounded me, suddenly, all reaching their paws toward me.
Go away!I shooed them away but they didn't leave. I started to get up, but they shoved me down. They dug their long claws into my fur and they moaned. I struggled, trying to break free. But I couldn't. There were too many and they were too strong. They started shoving me toward the edge, and soon my head was dangling off. I looked down at the flames, at the burning dogs. These demons were trying to push me down there. I kicked and struggled, but they kept on pushing me. Half my body was off. I could feel the heat already. Soon my legs were all that was on the edge. I bent myself upward suddenly and sprung up. The demons cowered away, startled by my sudden explosion. I landed on the ground and breathed a sigh of relief. But then I quickly got to my feet and started running. The demons chased after me. I kept on running and realized that this place was bigger than I had thought. I soon reached a fork in the road, and looked left and right. Which way? They both looked the same! I decided to go left, since I was left handed.
I ran down a hallway- and straight into a dead end. The demons were running toward me. Just as they were about to reach me a cage suddenly fell from above and fell over me. The demons screeched and reached their paws into the cage, lunging for me. But they couldn't reach me. The floor below me suddenly started lowering, the cage going with me. It was like an elevator, going down. I could hear the demons, their screeches fading away the further I went down. The floor suddenly stopped lowering... and I faced the one I had seen before.
Hello again, Suzi. Why am I here?Might as well get straight to the point.
I needed a new demon. Saw you, thought you were perfect. So I took you here, and those demons up there were trying to make you a demon. You happened to get away from them. And I see that you aren't going to cooperate as a demon, so I have a new plan for you.He pressed a button on a remote and the door to my cage swung open. He handed me his paw, and I slowly and cautiously took it. He helped me out of the cage and looked me in the eye.
If you haven't figured it out already, I'm the Demon King. And every king needs a queen. He smiled wickedly. Oh no. He wouldn't.
And you see, Suzi, I would like you to be my queen. No! I won't!He was too wicked. Too evil. Plus he had wanted to turn me into a demon!
I'm afraid you don't have a choice. The Demon King grabbed my arm and pushed me into a room, then locked the door. I banged on the door, shouting and screaming. Something suddenly grabbed me by my shoulder and pulled me away from the door. A dress was suddenly slipped over my head and onto my body. The door was unlocked and I was pushed out of the room and back into the hands of the Demon King. He grabbed my arm again and pulled me into the room. It wasn't a small room, but it wasn't huge. There were pews, and each pew was full of demons. He dragged me to the end of the room where there was that creepy boat rider guy again. The boat rider guy said a few words, and then looked down at the Demon King and me. Then he said the 6 most horrifying words I had ever heard; "You may now kiss the bride".
The Demon King smiled wickedly. I tried to push away from him, but he grabbed me... and kissed me. Then he pulled away from me and smiled again.
Welcome to the family, my queen.Something was happening inside me. New thoughts entered my brain. I thought wicked and evil thoughts. I thought about death, about killing everybody. About ruling the world and destroying everything and everyone in it. I suddenly felt something sprout from my back and a tingling sensation went over me. The Demon King brought a big mirror and put it in front of me. For some reason, I grinned at my new appearance.
Congratulations, Suzi, a dark voice said in my head.
You are now officially the Demon Queen. And with that, all of my old thoughts and feelings of happiness left me, replaced by dark, ominous thoughts.
Suzi is gone, my love. The Demon Queen is here to stay!
