Dear Diary,

This did not just happen. It didn't. Please, please tell me it didn't.
Three things. First, Luki is officially dead. Second, we just found out that, unless I decide to run far away from here, somebody else is coming to kill me. Yay. Last. Emmett just took Storm outside to try to fix him up, and, well... he's.. dead...
I don't- I don't- I.. I just don't know how all of this could happen. I was the cause of, what, three deaths and how many fights? I think I will run away. No. I know I will. I need to get out of everyone's fur before somebody else dies because of me. I still have my pack, my hat, pen and a new notebook. All I have to do is sneak back to my house, grab a few more things, get on a bus (or train) to where-ever in the heck it's going, and stay there. THAT is what I will do. Make some normal friends. Date a normal guy. Go to a normal school. Try to make a normal life. What do you think?

And I'll rebel. I know Emmett is bound to follow. He's become very protective. Maybe I'll just surround myself with three-tails, kids who could easily end up in jail. Yeah. How do you like that? That's what we'll do, journal. You're my pal. Heck, we can go anywhere. I just hope I can get over how it's my fault Storm is dead.
No matter. For now, we have to get back to my house. Making a run for it in 3... 2... 1!

My, my. I suppose I may as well...

Dear Diary,

Oh wow. Lemme tell you what happened. I had just put my hat, you, and my pen in my bag. I threw it over my shoulder and took off. Emmett didn't notice until I was almost to the end of the street, and so he started running after me. Oh yeah. I also left a note for Zak. I'll be meeting with him again soon; after he's fixed up. I was running and running and running, and then I thought it was all for nothing because Emmett caught up to me, but I punched his face and kept going. 'Cause I'm awesome like that.

So I eventually got here, home. Both Brandon and my Mom were in the living room when I burst in. Brandon came running upstairs after me, asking what was wrong. I told him that I just really, really needed to get away from here. That I couldn't stay. He asked me why, obviously. I tried to explain that I just didn't want to be here anymore. The relationships I'd formed were taking their toll, and that I just needed my space for awhile. So that's that.

I got some clothes, food, a blanket, and a couple other things. I dug through my dresser and found my money stash. I'd been hiding money ever since I was young, saving every bit of it. It was all from lemonade stands, car washes, taking care of the neighbor's pets. The usual. And now. Now I'm on a bus, headed somewhere new. somewhere better, where I can lead a good; normal life. HA. Emmett honestly thinks I don't know he's at the back of the bus. I told you he'd follow me, didn't I? That's why I sat next to... um... this guy who looks like he just escaped from prison... Hah, what does it matter? As long as Emmett doesn't know I know he's there, it's all good. Opp! The bus just stopped. But this, no. This doesn't feel like the right place to get off.

It's been an hour since I wrote in you. Five bus stops later, I'm home. Growing up I always dreamed of coming here. Welcome to the big city, Journal. Romalin City.
